Now Open! Join us for Shabbat events in Church Hill as we build a new community, thanks to our friends at Second Arrow. We’ll be hosting Torah study, Kirtan Shabbat chanting, holiday events and more.

Shabbat at the Rabbi’s includes home cooked dinner by rabbi, followed by worship led by Rebbetzin Stefanie and music by Robin Rio. Sermon by Rabbi Patrick
Home Hosted Shabbat
Fridays | 6:00 – 8:00PM
Home Hosted Shabbat offers us an opportunity to enjoy our fellow members hospitality. Delicious meals, wonderful company. We light the Shabbat candles, sing kiddush, hear some spiritual words from the rabbi, and enjoy a meal together.

Our approach to holidays is bold, experimental, and inclusive. This is not your typical “synagogue” service—our events guarantee fun, and are open to the entire community, often for free or low cost.

Other Programs
Pop-Up Shabbat
Meet us for Shabbat morning and afternoon at your favorite farmer’s markets and festivals, including VA Pridefest and Carytown Watermelon Festival. We’ll bring a few folding chairs, bottled water, and lots of love. Come for a minute or stay the whole day!
Adult Education with Rabbi Patrick
A few times a year, Rabbi will host a class on an important topic. Sometimes in-person, sometimes online, and always relevant and meaningful.
Social Circles
